Field Trip

Cooper's Gift Ed Class had a field trip today to the Beach Museum on K-State Campus. There is a new exhibit there called Tallgrass. It is all about animals in their habitats. Chad was able to attend the trip with Cooper today. They both learned a lot and had a great day together.

Preschool Snack

Thanks to Pinterest, the ease at which one can find new and creative ideas is so quick. It was Campbell's turn to bring snack for Preschool and we found this snack idea on Pinterest. It was crafty and healthy. Turned out well!


Butterfly Snack


Campbell enjoyed painting the clothespins. Glue on the eyes and antennas. Fill up the bags.

Peaceful Sleepers

On the weekends, the girls enjoy making forts to sleep in, or having a slumber party in one or the others' bedrooms. Tonight it was Cooper's room. After an early morning ride to deliver a puppy with Grandma, the girls were tired. Watching them sleep is the best. Thinking about what is in their dreams. Enjoying the peace and quiet that comes as they slumber on.


This is exactly how Chad sleeps too.


Sweet Dreams!

Braces

Cooper has been working with her Orthodontist since September to correct her cross bite. She had the palette expander placed in September. Finally, to her delight, it was time for the braces to go on. She excitedly had 4 braces put on today. The most fun part was choosing what colors to put on. She chose green and pink.

Dance Class

We have been searching for a sport or activity that fits Campbell. This Spring Campbell decided she wanted to try dance class. She loves to sing and dance, so we thought this could be it. Here goes nothing!

Family Pet

Our cat, Champagne, is one lucky pet. Or maybe we are lucky to have her in our family.

Campbell's 5th Birthday

In a blink of the eye, our youngest daughter is now 5 years old! Having just returned from our trip to Chicago, we quickly pulled together a family/friend dinner complete with flowers, balloons, food, gifts, cake/ice cream, and fun for our wonderful big girl.

We excitedly purchased Campbell the American Girl Doll, Julie, while in Chicago. She was thrilled to open her up and of course her pet bunny, Nutmeg.
