Chad turns 42!
While Chad has the best birth date for partying, it's also the busiest work day for him of the whole year. The girls and I try to make him feel special and give him some extra birthday fare. As he celebrates a birthday and the whole world celebrates ringing in the new year. We love him so much and hope he has the best birthday ever!

Christmas Day 2013
It's here. Christmas is here! The agreement we have with the girls is they can not get up or go downstairs until 8:00am after they have woke us up and we are downstairs ready for them. I love the excitement they have as they run down the stairs anxious to see what Santa has brought. I hope all their wishes come true.
Christmas at Oma & Opa's house
The Lohman's gather at Oma & Opa's house on Christmas Eve to eat, drink, open gifts, play games, and celebrate the holiday together. This year is extra special with Miss Natalie's arrival. The girls are so anxious to open gifts and get things started. We always have a good time, sometimes too good of a time.

Meet Natalie Rose Lohman
Well, Chad and Campbell won the bet. Baby Lohman was born on December 14, 2013. She is a girl. A beautiful, perfect, healthy baby girl. It was a complete surprise to all of us, including Jeremy and Beth. As we all sat in the waiting room impatiently waiting on news, we shared stories of other babies births. When the big moment arrived, Jeremy came out to the waiting room and revealed a pink flower to signify a girl. We all cheered and shed tears of joy. Welcome to the world Miss Natalie Rose! We love you so much.

Mr. Rooney or just Friday the 13th
Chad is always hard on shoes. This time of year he is especially hard on shoes. Today was no exception. As he walked across the parking lot to Dillons he became aware that the sole of his shoe was coming off. So to avoid flopping in the wind, he decided he would drag his foot across the store. So was it a scene from Ferris Bueller's Day Off or just a bad case of Friday the 13th.
