Napa Harvest

Chad is off to Napa, CA to work Harvest. The girls and I will hold down the fort while he is away. Always lots to keep us busy, so we don't miss him too much. He loves to go and be in his element. Learning new skills. Talking wine. Breathing the valley air. I know he enjoys it, but we sure love when he returns.

School Fitness Challenge

Cooper and Campbell participated in the School Fitness Challenge this year. Many schools participate, so the crowd of people is overwhelming. The girls did well and had a good time.

Hillsboro Craft Show

My sister and I traveled to Hillsboro and Marion today for our annual Craft Show outing. We found lots of treasures and gifts.

KSU Football - Family Tailgate

At the beginning of each KSU football season, one game is always the family game. My friends from college always make it a point to get tickets to this game and travel to Manhattan to catch up with everyone. We are lucky to join in on this fun group of friends. Carrie from Sterling. Jenni from Kansas City. Tiffany from Illinois. Janet from Texas. The kids are growing quickly and each year it's fun to see just how much they have all changed.

Spa Day

Chad and I received some spa treatments at home today.

BFF

We are lucky to live in a neighborhood with plenty of kids. We are even more lucky that the girls' BFF's live just two doors down. Ashley is Campbell's best friend. They were in different Kindergarten classes, but this year they are in First grade together. They are inseparable. About five minutes after they get home from school, they are playing together. They dress alike. They enjoy the same things. They are so similar. I hope they will always be friends.
