The "King of Fun" Visits

A few years ago, during one of our trips to Napa, we met a guy named Grant. While we didn't hit it off from the start, we soon warmed up to each other. If only we would have known, he would become a very good friend, host Chad for many harvest seasons to come, and our girls would come to call him the "King of Fun." We all love Grant! He came to visit and sell some wine here in Kansas. The weather was cold and snowy, which resulted in two SNOW DAYS from school. The girls were super excited! While Chad and I both worked a bit, Grant did some work as well, and we all played. We enjoyed a lunch out at Taco Lucha. Then Chad, Grant, and the girls went to play in the snow. For a guy who lives in California, Grant sure enjoyed the cold and snowy weather. Later that night, the adults ventured off to 4 Olives for Grant's wine tasting and dinner. It was a successful trip.
